FireMasterCracker is a password cracking program that allows you to crack Firefox's master password. It is the GUI (Graphical User Interface) version of the FireMaster.
The FireMaster program supports Brute-force, Dictionary, Hybrid, and pattern based brute-force attacks, but unfortunately this program only support the dictionary attack. FireMasterCracker is designed for those who find the command line based FireMaster difficult to use.
Here are some features of FireMasterCracker:
- Detects the current Firefox profile location automatically (not available for Windows 10 users).
- Displays detailed statistics during the cracking operation.
- Generates Password Recovery report in HTML/XML/TEXT format.

2. Open the application, you will see a window like this:
3. If the first box is not filled automatically, click on the folder button and browse to C:\Users\PCNAME\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\esbj140j.default. Then click on "OK"
Note: AppData is a hidden folder, so enable "Show hidden files, folders and drives" to access the folder.
If the first box is already filled, then click on the next folder button and then select a wordlist file (passlist.txt). The default wordlist file is pretty small, so it may not be able to crack the password. But don't worry, you can find larger password lists at the following locations.
4. Click on the "Start Crack" button. Then the program will cracking the password, when it find the password , it will report you.
